No. Voters just enter a name and WhatsApp number, then pay via QRIS.

Each event sets its own price, shown on the event page. Value packages offer a cheaper price per vote.

Any app that supports QRIS: GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja, plus BCA, BRI, Mandiri, BNI, Jago mobile banking, and more.
How long until my vote counts after paying?
Usually less than 10 seconds after a successful payment.
I paid but my vote hasn't appeared?
Check the Track Order menu using your order code. If it is still pending after 15 minutes, contact VoiceOn support via WhatsApp with your order code and proof of payment.
Can a vote be cancelled or moved?
No. Paid votes are final according to the terms & conditions.
What is Happy Hour?
A set period when each vote counts multiple times (e.g. ×2). The schedule is shown on the event page.
How is the winner decided?
It depends on the event: 100% public votes, or jury scores combined with votes using the weighting announced on the event page.
