Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Voters: name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), support message, IP address, and transaction data.
• Contestants: registration data (name, date of birth, origin, contact, photo, video, bio).
• Organizers/Admins: account data and activity logs.

How we use data

• Processing payments and recording votes.
• Sending transaction receipts and event information.
• Preventing fraud and system abuse.
• Showing supporter names & messages on public pages (unless you choose anonymous).

What we never show

Voters' WhatsApp numbers, emails, and IP addresses are never shown publicly. Event organizers only see masked numbers.

Security

Data is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as hashes. Payments are processed by a licensed payment gateway; VoiceOn does not store voters' card/bank details.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting halo@keivote.id, provided it does not conflict with transaction record-keeping obligations.
