1. Service

VoiceOn is a paid voting platform for singing contests, talent searches, and other competitions. VoiceOn acts as the platform provider; contest rules and jury decisions are the responsibility of the event organizer.

2. Votes & payment

1. Votes are counted after the payment succeeds and is verified by the payment gateway.
2. The price per vote and packages are set by each event and calculated by the server when the transaction is created.
3. Paid votes are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or moved to another contestant.
4. QRIS bills have a time limit. Payments after the limit may fail in your payment app.

3. Prohibitions

1. Transactions using proceeds of crime, stolen accounts, or unlawful methods are prohibited.
2. Fraudulent chargebacks/disputes, automated (bot) attacks, or attempts to manipulate the system are prohibited.
3. Support messages containing ethnic/religious/racial slurs, hate speech, pornography, gambling, or links are prohibited.

Violations may result in vote cancellation, blocking, disqualification of the related contestant, and/or reporting to the authorities.

4. Results & announcements

Vote totals are shown in real time unless the organizer chooses to hide results near closing. Final results follow the organizer's rules (100% votes or combined with jury scores).

5. Transaction issues

If your payment succeeded but the vote has not been recorded, contact VoiceOn support via WhatsApp 081288882026 with your order code and proof of payment.

Koba Entertainment Indonesia may update these terms & conditions at any time. The latest version is always available on this page.
